#30DaysChallenge : Day 6, Effective exercises

Today I was a bit shocked. I got chat with my friend who really love gym. And she told me that how many times  you got sit up, your tummy would not flat. Then she suggested me to do squat, its a lot more effective she said. Then I chat with her boyfriend (who really expert about gym), he made me a routine. The routine is include walk, run, lunge, planks, sit up, push up, and squat. Then about eat habit he told me to eat until 4-5 times, its okay to have dinner and tasty food, but the note is how to keep it in enough portion, not too full and never wait hungry before eat. Well, I got new routine to do..
