#30DaysChallenge : Day 7, New routine

Oh my God, its early month, and its JULY!
Talk about the chat I had yesterday, that I was given a new routine to try by the expert. Morning I tried it. Its 3 minutes walk, 12 minutes run, and 35 minutes combination of lunge, sit up, calf raises and squat. And voila! I sweated more, although its only just half time. I guess the routine really works.. :D All I need is to keep it constantly or increase the frequency. I'm so happy and feel so fit. :')

Still.. wish me tons of luck..
